OHIO CERTIFIED VOLUNTEER NATURALIST PROGRAM (OCVN)

Do you have an interest in the natural resources of our state?  Are you eager to learn about these resources and share your knowledge with others?  The OCVN program is designed to teach participants about the natural world through science-based education, both in the classroom and in the field.  This training, coupled with community-based volunteer service will enable participants to become certified as volunteer naturalists.

OCVN Participants

The Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park partners with the OSU Extension and offers this program each spring. Applications are accepted in January for that year's class.
