Heritage Series Concert: Eric Noden and Joe Filisko
Friday, April 20th 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Joe Filsiko and Eric Noden feature the early blues and roots styles and songs of 1920s and 1930s performers Sonny Terry, Daddy Stovepipe, Fred McDowell, and Gwen Foster. To add to this historic repertoire, Eric and Joe draw on the spirit of American music to influence their own original tunes. The blend of Eric's unusual acoustic guitar style and Joe's ability to make his harmonica cry, flutter, or sing takes back decades while still maintaining a contemporary sound.
Admission: $17 adults, $12 Conservancy members, and $5 for children ages 3 - 12. General seating. Advance sales are available until 3 pm on Friday for that weekend's show. Call (330) 657-2909.
