Jr. Ranger Family: Winter Tracks Snowshoe

Monday, February 20th 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Although you may not see certain animals when you visit the park, you can tell who was here earlier from their tracks. Snowshoe a section of the Cross Country Trail and discover which animals live in the upland evergreen forests.

This program has been cancelled because of lack of snow.

Warm summer breezes may have been replaced by bone-chilling winter winds, but CVNP is still cool to explore in any weather! Junior Ranger programs are offered year-round. Attend three programs to earn a new CVNP Jr. Ranger badge and six will earn you the new patch. Pre-registration and advance payment are required, as space is limited.Fee: $8 per child includes snowshoe rental, $5 for Conservancy members. A parent or guardian is required to attend with participating children at no charge.
