Join us at this Conservancy MEMBERS ONLY event at the Environmental Education Center as we celebrate the winter solstice by learning why many cultures observe seasonal days of celebration during the month of December. Enjoy a delicious meal in one of our cozy dining halls, take a magical stroll through candlelit woods, and sample holiday traditions of cultures near and far. Reservations for this event are required. Please have your Conservancy Member ID available for registration.
There are two seatings for Friday's Festival of Lights:
We are no longer taking reservations for the Early Dinner (6:00PM).

• Adults (Members): $22
• Children age 5-11: $7
• Children age 4 & under: Free
Please let us know if:
• you are planning to meet another party (so we can assign you to the same dining hall)
• you have dietary restrictions or prefer a vegetarian option. The meal is served buffet style. There is typically a meat dish, vegetarian option, vegetables, potato, bread, and dessert.
• you require handicap parking
The event will open at 5:30. Those attending will have dinner and then stroll the grounds to enjoy the festival displays.
Those attending a 6:00 pm dinner seating will have dinner and then stroll the grounds to enjoy the festival displays.
Those attending the 7:30 pm dinner seating should plan to arrive between 6:00 and 6:30 to enjoy the festival displays before their meal. If all displays were not seen before dinner, there will be time afterward. Please dress for the weather.
Dinner is held indoors but guests will be walking outside along a candle-lit trail between buildings. Some displays are set up outdoors at a fire circle.
There are no tickets mailed for this event. We will have your name on a list and will greet you at the gate upon arrival.
We will send a reminder email to you a few days before the event. If you have questions before that time, please contact the EEC at 330-657-2796 ext. 100.
If there are no tickets available for your preferred dinner seating, please contact the EEC at 330-657-2796 ext. 100 to be placed on the wait list.
Refund policy: Partial refunds of 50% of total are available up to 7 days prior to the event. Afterward, no refunds will be made.
