Arrive at Stanford House at 11 a.m. Saturday morning for a weekend of canning! Conservancy Staff will be onsite leading canning sessions and discussions. Jam, applesauce, and a seasonal vegetable will be canned throughout the weekend.
Arrival time is 11 a.m. on Saturday and noon checkout on Sunday. $145 per person. Price includes food items, canning supplies, a canning reference book, canned goods to take home, lodging at Stanford House and three meals and snacks.
