There's so much to do in your national park. Whether you're coming for a day or a week, there's something that fits everyone's interests, timeframe, and budget.

If you need a bite to eat, swing by one of the Trail Mix stores for a snack or a light meal. Winking Lizard and Fisher's are local favorites in Peninsula. In the mood for something really fancy? Dinner in the Valley is our monthly series of gourmet meals served in the park's unique venues.

You'll find great park gear and locally made gifts at the Trail Mix stores, and you can buy nature guides and books at the park's visitors' centers. To see a list of Peninsula's local stores and shops, visit

The recently renovated Stanford House is a beautiful historic home located right in the national park. For large groups, the Environmental Education Center is a great option. Looking for something smaller? Try the Inn at Brandywine Falls.

From the Heritage Series to the intimate House Concerts, from Music in the Meadow to Adult Band Camp, the Conservancy has a musical event for every ear. Check out our Concerts page to see what's coming up!

What's your favorite way to explore the park? If you're a hiker, check out some of our favorite routes. More of a biker? Try the Towpath Trail, and be sure to stop at Trail Mix on the way! Even horses are welcome on some trails.

The curious are always welcome in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We recommend Lyceum, which is our Distinguished Speaker Series. Also, the Cuyahoga Valley Photographic Society offers some fantastic lectures and workshops.
