Peninsula, Ohio – Artists in visual media are invited to submit entries for the gallery show Farm Art -From Plate to Palette. The show is being presented by Cuyahoga Valley National Park Association (CVNPA) and Cuyahoga Valley Countryside Conservancy (CVCC). This unique art exhibit allows artists to illustrate the bond between arts, history and nature in our nation’s farming communities.
This is a juried show open to all visual artists. Works will be juried by William Busta, Curator of Collections and Exhibitions of the Cleveland Artists Foundation. Entries will be on display at the John F. Seiberling Gallery located inside CVNPA Administrative Office. There will be a cash prize for best in show. Artists are asked to submit entries that embrace the activity of farming as the fullest and most meaningful expression of our nation’s countryside heritage and character.

June 1, 2007 - All works received by gallery

A reception will be on July 27, 2007 to celebrate the art, enjoy local foods, meet local farmers and mingle with other food enthusiasts.
