CVNPA Member’s Electronic Recycling Day

Brecksville Oh-Celebrate Earth Day this year by recycling your old electronic equipment. Cuyahoga Valley National Park Association (CVNPA) will be holding the fourth annual Electronic Recycling Day on April 24, 2010 at Station Road Bridge Trailhead located in Brecksville from 8 am to 3 pm.

This is a CVNPA members’ only event therefore members must bring their membership card. Memberships will also be available to purchase at the drop off location starting at only $35. Due to the programs overwhelming popularity, we can only accept 10 items per person, not counting cell phones or ink cartridges.

Acceptable items include:

Audio/Visual Equipment Microfiche Readers
Bar Coding Equipment Microscopes
Blackberrys Modems
Cable TV Boxes Monitors
Calculators MP3 Players
Cameras Nintendo

CD ROM Drives

PDA’s
Cell Phones Play Stations
Circuit Boards Power Supplies
Computer Equipment Printers
Fax Machines Tape Drives
Floppy Drives Telephone Systems
Game Boys Telescopes
Hard Drives TiVo DVR’s
Laptops TV’s
Mainframes/Servers X-Boxes

NO automotive, marine, or alkaline batteries, fluids, or tires.
NO kitchen appliances, microwaves, coffee makers or can openers etc.
NO console television sets.

Happy Days Lodge Open House

Join us on Thursday, May 24th or Wednesday, June 27th from 4 - 7 p.m. at Happy Days Lodge for an open house.  Our Guest Services staff will be onsite to give tours of the venue, answer questions, and provide information about booking your event at the Lodge.
