Local Chefs and Local Food Spotlighted at Reception for Farm Art – From Plate to Palette

Peninsula, Ohio – Cuyahoga Valley National Park Association (CVNPA) and the Countryside Conservancy (CC) present an evening filled with great food and art at the reception for Farm Art-From Plate to Palette.
 
The reception will be held Friday, July 27, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the John F. Seiberling Gallery located in the CVNPA administrative office at 1403 W. Hines Hill Rd., Peninsula. Tickets for the event are $35 per person and proceeds go to support the work of CVNPA and the CC. Tickets can be purchased by calling 330-657-2542 or emailing info@cvcountryside.org and must be purchased by July 20th.
 
Tour the art exhibit while tantalizing your taste buds with food prepared by chefs using fresh local ingredients; and take the opportunity to meet valley farmers and socialize with artists. This delightful evening will be filled with great food and art embracing the activity of farming.
 
Farm Art-From Plate to Palette is a juried art show with entries illustrating farming as the heart of our nation’s heritage. Works were juried by William Busta, Curator of the Collections and Exhibitions of the Cleveland Artists Foundation. All entries will be on display at the John F.
