Alex Bevan’s Skinny Pickles started in the kitchen filled with baskets full of garden grown produce waiting to be turned around into holiday gifts for family and friends. Over the past few years the recipe for “Bread and Butter” pickles was tweaked and refined. Their pickle crop production continued to grow so much that they hired a food scientist to assay and establish the official recipe and production formula. Each jar is filled with the highest quality and best tasting pickles around. “This jar is a summer filled with taste, and the taste is a Norman Rockwell painting, of someone’s Grandma smiling and serving up her best” states Alex Bevan.
Mom’s Gourmet spices and sauces began when Mom, Patsy Flattery, made her first batch of Whatsa-majiggie Sauce at the age of 16. Little did she know that that sauce would be a main staple for her family of four. Patsy’s youngest daughter Sally grew up and acquired the passion for cooking. What began with Patsy’s sauce evolved into a seasoning and spice partnership. Their product line can be found in fine specialty and gourmet food stores.
