Peninsula, Ohio – Cuyahoga Valley National Park Association brings its new Dinner in the Cuyahoga Valley series to Happy Days Lodge, on Earth Day, April 22. One of the areas premier photographers, Tom Jones, has choreographed a slideshow entitled “Cuyahoga Valley in Concert.” This unique presentation features the beauty and serenity of Cuyahoga Valley National Park. In this performance, Tom Jones has digitally recorded the sounds of wind, rain, waterfalls, coyotes, and birds in the park and blended them with inspiring music in order to provide a lush background for the presentation’s images. This stimulating combination of both photography and music will transform Cuyahoga Valley National Park into a grand ensemble, similar to a 33,000-acre orchestra.
Cuyahoga Valley Environmental Education Center’s Chef Michael Fiala, will prepare a delicious spaghetti dinner and guests will enjoy dining in the historic Happy Days Lodge. Dinner is served from 5:30 until 6:00 p.m. and the “Cuyahoga Valley in Concert” presentation will begin promptly at 6:45 p.m.

Happy Days Lodge, located at 500 West Streetsboro Road (State Route 303) in Peninsula, 1 mile west of State Route 8, is a restored Civilian Conservation Corps structure that provides a rustic ambiance for folk and traditional concerts, theater, lectures, and special event rentals.
