Trail Running Weekend in Cuyahoga Valley National Park

Peninsula, Ohio- Cuyahoga Valley National Park Association (CVNPA) and Vertical Runner join together for a trail running camp. The two day event, open to all runners, will include runs through the park and a variety of speakers and seminars on health, training tips, injury prevention and nutrition. The trail running weekend will familiarize runners with the miles of trails available inside the park and is a great opportunity to meet other runners.
 
Speakers will include Joe Jurczyk, race director of the Burning River 100 and founder of the Buckeye Trail 50K, Connie Gardner and Mark Godale world class ultra marathoners, Dr. Nilesh Shah of Summa Sports Medicine, and Sean Wade from Human Potential Labs.
 
Where:           Cuyahoga Valley Environmental Education Center, 3675 Oak Hill Road, Peninsula, Ohio 44264
When:            6:00 p.m., Friday, May 11, 2007 through 6 p.m., Saturday, May 12, 2007
Times:            Camp begins at 6 p.m. and ends 6 p.m. the next day.
Fees:             $100 per person.  (Includes accommodations, all meals and snacks, and a camp T-shirt)
Who:              Must be 18 years or older.
