The Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park (Conservancy) is the nonprofit partner for Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP). All rental facilities managed by the Conservancy are leased from CVNP, and our rental program has been instituted to provide an additional opportunity for the public to enjoy your National Park.
The facilities that have been assigned to the Conservancy are each unique properties, and these properties offer the public a wide range of creative and refreshing event experiences. The Conservancy has on-site guest services staff to assist you with your event needs.

In addition to leasing these properties from the Park Service, the Conservancy manages reservations for CVNP campsites and the Octagon and Ledges Shelters. The policies established for campsites and shelters have been set by CVNP and are non-negotiable.

Also, Extraordinary Spaces, with the National Park Service, maintains the Kendall Ledges Shelter and the Octagon Shelter for group reservations.
