You may request to bring in another catering group for your event. The request will be considered only if the catering group provides the Conservancy with a copy of their food service license, insurance documentation, and agrees to sign a Conservancy Facility Use Requirement Agreement. The caterer must be approved by the Conservancy at least 30 days prior to your event. If approved by the Conservancy, an additional fee of $600 will be assessed to the guest group.
