CHEF LARKIN ROGERS
Executive Chef Larkin Rogers heads up our culinary team. Larkin graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with the Frances L. Roth Award for Outstanding Achievement and moved to Europe shortly thereafter. She worked in a number of kitchens in Germany, Austria, Scotland, and, most influentially, England's Gidleigh Park, a world-renowned Michelin-starred country house hotel. After several years abroad, Larkin returned to North Carolina to work at Fearrington House before taking the opportunity to return to England.
There she opened and ran the critically acclaimed Martha's Vineyard Restaurant, which was named Great Britain's Restaurant of the Year by the Independent newspaper, as well as The Good Food Guide's outstanding restaurant (twice), Michelin's 'Worth a Detour,' and Time Out's out-of-town restaurant of the year.
She was a familiar voice on Radio4's Food Programme and featured on several television cookery shows. She also served on the executive committee of the Restaurateurs' Association of Great Britain.
Upon her return to the United States, Larkin ran a successful small catering company before coming to work for Extraordinary Spaces at the Conservancy.
