Conservancy rental policies are non-negotiable and will be clarified in full when making a reservation.
Pricing depends on the facility, the type of event, weekend or weekday bookings and holiday schedule. Our prices range between $200-$425 for business meetings, $300-$1,000 for social events and $600-$3,000 for weddings. Facility fees include an on-site event host, a four, eight, 10 or 14-hour reservation period, on-site tables and chairs (and set-up) for indoor events, the option of offering your group a personal introduction to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and more.
The Conservancy will provide a final contract for each client when a reservation is completed. Final pricing is reflected in final contracts.
