SUMMARY:Nature Rx: Evening Mindfulness Walk
DESCRIPTION:Mindfulness Walk\n \nJoin the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park for a mindful nature walk led by led by mental health therapist and certified life coach\, Shannon Speaks! This 40 minute walk is approximately a quarter mile long. \nIn the case of inclement weather\, we will have an indoor gathering space with mindful exercises. \nRegistration is required as a limited number of spots are available. \nThis walk is part of the Nature Rx program. For more details on Nature Rx and for a listing of additional programs\, please visit www.forcvnp.org/naturerx. \nTo learn more about our program lead\, Shannon Speaks\, LISW-S\, please visit www.nourishcc.com. \nAdditional Event Details\nParking/Directions: Hines Hill Conference Center is located at 1403 W. Hines Hill Road\, Peninsula\, OH 44264. When you pull into the driveway\, take an immediate left into the main lot to park. There is a path from the lot that will take you to the Conference Center (white building on the right of the path/driveway). Someone will be stationed there to check in registered participants. \nWhat to wear/bring: Please wear closed-toed\, sturdy shoes that you do not mind getting a muddy if conditions are wet. We also recommend bug spray and any other outdoor gear that you find helpful. This is a rain or shine event\, so please dress accordingly so that you are comfortable. \nRegister
