DESCRIPTION:Embrace the magic of winter with a cozy fireside chat at the Hines Hill Stone Cottage.\n \nAs part of our Nature Rx fireside discussion series\, you’ll discover ways to find magic\, even in the colder months. Warm up with a cup of tea and discuss the ways\, big and small\, that joy and mindfulness can be found and the importance of the slower months of winter. Sarah Waite\, founder of YouBloom LLC\, will guide you through a short walk and movement series before leading a discussion on what to embrace and what to let go.\n\n  \nRegister\n\n\n  \nAdditional Event Details \nParking/Directions: Parking is available at the Hines Hill Campus\, 1403 W Hines Hill Rd\, Peninsula\, Ohio 44264. We will meet at the Stone Cottage. \nAccessibility Note: The Stone Cottage is not wheelchair accessible. \nWhat to wear/bring: Please wear closed-toed\, sturdy shoes that you do not mind getting dirty if conditions are muddy. Dress for the weather as a portion of this event will take place outside on mostly flat surface. Walk distance will be under one mile. \nWeather: This is a rain or shine event\, so please dress accordingly so that you are comfortable. In the case of severe weather (lightning\, hail\, storms\, etc.) we will cancel or postpone. Participants will be notified of any event changes via email. \n  \nThis event is part of the Nature Rx program. YouBloom was created out of the belief that growth and healing requires several key factors- community\, movement\, nature\, and education. \nIn order to encourage this well-rounded growth\, YouBloom offers a variety of programs\, including hike+yoga adventures\, nature educational programs\, in-studio yoga classes\, bodywork\, and community outreach. Sarah herself is a 200-hour yoga practitioner\, forest bathing guide\, and Thai Massage practitioner.
