A one-of-a-kind experience of hiking, good food, live music, dancing, and s’mores around the campfire!

Lace up your dancing shoes and find your way to the party! Join the Conservancy for a one-of-a-kind summer celebration at the beautiful Indigo Lake in Howe Meadow! Surrounded by stunning views, you’ll enjoy a tasty dinner, toast s’mores around a campfire and dance the night away to live music in the park.

The Conservancy is the official philanthropic partner of Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP) and your gift helps us preserve one of our region’s most important assets.

Proceeds go toward the Trails Now Fund, which provides support for trail maintenance, visitor amenities and new trailheads in CVNP.

2024 Event Details

6:30 P.M.
Trail Mix and Kettle Corn Station (served all evening)
Bars Open (beer and wine included for those 21+)*
First Band Begins – Found Sounds Steelband

6:30–8:30 P.M.
Casual Dinner Buffet via Food Trucks*

8:00 P.M.
Second Band Begins – Abby Normal & The Detroit Lean

9:00-11:00 P.M.

*Each individual will receive 3 drink tickets and 4 food truck tickets to include entrée, 2 sides and dessert. Additional tickets available to purchase (cash or cc)

On The Menu

This year Elevation welcomes food trucks for dinner! Each guest receives one main and two sides for dinner and three drink tickets for beer or wine. Additional drink and food tickets are available for purchase (cash or cc only).

Truck 1

Braised BBQ beef brisket sandwich with melted cheese & scallions
Philly cheese steak with peppers, onions & melted cheese
Eggplant fries with pesto aioli
Tater Tots with melted cheese and scallions
Couscous salad with cilantro, feta, tomatoes

Truck 2

Greek chicken wrap with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and lemon feta spread
Falafel wrap with lettuce, tomato, pickled red onions & cucumber dill sauce
Eggplant fries with pesto aioli
Tater Tots with melted cheese and scallions
Couscous salad with cilantro, feta, tomatoes

Truck 3

Hawaiian jerk pulled pork with pickled red onions and sriracha mayo
Lamb meatball gyro with lettuce, tomato, pickled onions & cucumber dill sauce
Eggplant fries with pesto aioli
Tater Tots with melted cheese and scallions
Couscous salad with cilantro, feta, tomatoes

Truck 4

Grandpa’s toast – homemade sourdough, garlic spread, caponata (Sicilian eggplant/tomato relish), pine nuts, basil
Rainbow noodle bowl – fresh lettuce, rice noodles, peanut sauce, baked tofu, cucumber, tri-color bell peppers, spicy chili crisp
Black beans & cornbread
Sesame cucumber salad
Watermelon salad with blueberry & mint
