School Programs

School programs offered through the Cuyahoga Valley Environmental Education Center (CVEEC) are unique, academic learning experiences correlated to Ohio Academic Content Standards, including newly revised science and social studies standards and the Common Core.

Our place-based education programs take advantage of the many natural and cultural resources in the park, such as the beautiful forests, meadows, and ponds of the CVEEC's 500-acre campus, the rock outcroppings and formations of the Virginia Kendall Ledges, and remnants of the Ohio & Erie Canal at Lock 29.

The CVEEC offers two programs for school groups.
