Cooking with Herbs & Herb Garden Primer

Thursday, June 8 | Lipscomb Dining Hall | 6:00 p.m.

This fun and educational evening will include learning how to start your own herb garden, cooking with fresh herbs, making a bouqet garni, and savoring a Chef-Larkin-crafted meal using her favorite herbs.

All seating for the dinner is assigned by table, with generally 6-8 guests per table. Please list other guests you wish to be seated with below. Dietary restrictions and food allergies may also be accommodated if listed. Reservations will be taken through June 6.


Lovage and Potato Soup
Butterflied Leg of Lamb 'Scottadito' (which means 'burn your fingers') -- grilled, with oregano and garlic rub
Mediterranean Couscous
Farmer’s Market Vegetables
Individual Meringue Nests with Pistachio Pastry Cream and Local Strawberries
Iced Mint Tisane
Wine served with dinner
