Our approach to teaching and learning is expansive and ever-evolving. The Conservancy is committed to providing opportunities to enhance your connection to Cuyahoga Valley National Park that allow you to deepen your knowledge about the park’s natural wonders and history through workshops, public lectures or discussions, and art in the park (Seiberling Gallery, Cuyahoga Valley Photographic Society).
Cuyahoga Valley Institute
Come out for a day or spend the whole weekend in Ohio’s National Park to expand your knowledge. The Cuyahoga Valley Institute is a series of adult experiences that provide meaningful immersive opportunities to engage with the valley’s natural surroundings of Cuyahoga Valley National Park.Find Your Program

Seiberling Gallery in the Park
Named in honor of Congressman, photographer and CVNP advocate John F. Seiberling, the gallery features exhibits by local artists. Free and open to the public Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at 1403 W. Hines Hill Road, Peninsula, OH 44264.

About: Stuart Pearl’s photography series, A Wealth of Parks, focuses on the diversity of public and state parks that Ohio residents can enjoy. This collection of photos provides a small overview of places where visitors can hike, explore and even observe controlled burns as land stewards maintain these wonderful areas.
Cuyahoga Valley Photographic Society
The Cuyahoga Valley Photographic Society is an affinity group of the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The Photographic Society promotes CVNP and the photographic arts by providing educational workshops and presentations throughout the year. Membership benefits include discounts on workshops, tours, and events, as well as invitations to attend quarterly photographic walks.
