Yoga Hike in CVNP

Join us and special guest Kim Sowinski, founder of Crave Nature Cleveland, for a yoga hike in Cuyahoga Valley National Park on Saturday, November 5th. Ideal for those ages 14 and older, Yoga Hikes are inclusive of all fitness and yoga abilities.

Power-down and connect with nature while using all your senses: smelling the forest, seeing the textures and colors, feeling the breeze, listening to the birds, tasting the air while stopping to practice yoga postures (asana) and learning breath practices (pranayama) during your moderately paced hike.

Lower your stress, calm, and center. Clear your mind. Increase creativity and cognitive function.

Conservancy Members: $12 | Non-Members: $15

Proceeds will directly support Conservancy programs and initiatives, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Event Location

This event will take place in the central area of the park. Directions and exact location will be emailed to you after registering.

The guided hike will be on a well-established NPS trail with uneven terrain and small inclines. It is not paved.

COVID Safety Guidelines

At this time, while community levels of COVID-19 are low, you are not required to wear a mask at Conservancy events. We ask that you still respect personal space and understand that some individuals may choose to wear a mask for personal reasons. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID, please stay home. We will continue to monitor community levels using the CDC’s new tool and may require masks again if transmission rates go up.

***If you or someone in your group have a compromised immune system and need our staff to wear masks or use additional PPE, please contact us and we will arrange appropriate accommodations.***
