Mowed paths are primitive. Proper footwear such as hiking shoes or boots and long pants are recommended.

Additional Event Details

Parking/directions:

Oxbow Meadows Project site is located at 5555 Akron Peninsula Rd., Peninsula, OH 44264.
Parking is in the unpaved lot on the west side of Akron-Peninsula Rd. Look for a Conservancy event sign at the entrance.
When coming from Rt. 303 on Akron-Peninsula Rd, look for the parking lot on right after coming up the hill.

Conditions: Mowed paths are primitive. Proper footwear such as hiking shoes or boots and long pants are recommended.

Weather: This is a rain or shine event, so please dress accordingly so that you are comfortable. In the case of severe weather (lightning, hail, storms, etc.) we will cancel or postpone. Participants will be notified of any event changes via email.
