Nature Rx | Moments of Gratitude
November 8 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Program Description:
Join us for a 90-minute Nature Rx experience exploring how slowing down and paying attention to the little things can help cultivate gratitude in our everyday lives.

Then, we’ll venture outdoors to engage our senses, look a little closer, and discover the tiny wonders of nature that often go unnoticed. We’ll return indoors for reflection and explore simple ways to bring these micro moments of gratitude into our daily lives.
