As a Conservancy member, you directly support Conservancy programs and park initiatives. Not only do you make Cuyahoga Valley National Park a better place for everyone, but your membership benefits also include access to events and programs specifically for Conservancy members. Our goal is to provide you with exclusive, unique programs that immerse you in CVNP.

Pyrography in CVNP
Sat, September 17, 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM, The Ledges Shelter
Join us for a pyrography craft in CVNP – exclusively for members! Pyrography is the art of decorating wood or other materials with burn marks using a specialized wood burning tool.
At this session, we will give a brief introduction to pyrography and some time to practice before getting started on your nature-themed pyrography craft. All materials provided, including wood burning pens and wood circles for your craft. Each participant will get the chance to create 2 take-home crafts to enjoy! There will also be coffee, tea and light breakfast items so snack on while you’re working.
We practice Leave No Trace in the national park. None of the wood materials used will be wood from CVNP.

Nature Nights: Evening Hike
Friday, September 23, 6:30 – 9 PM, Environmental Education Center
Grab your favorite partner (significant other, best friend, parent) and join us for a night out in your Cuyahoga Valley National Park. You will go on a guided evening hike with Conservancy staff on the private trail system of the Environmental Education Center. Upon your return, you will enjoy the remainder of the evening at your own personal fire pit with themed mocktails and local desserts!
*Must be age 21+ to attend.

Fall Wreath Making
Friday, October 7, 6:30 – 8:30 PM, Environmental Education Center
We’ll be making handcrafted fall wreaths, just in time for the season — inspired by the plants and animals that call Cuyahoga Valley National Park home. This event will feature light snacks, a cozy outdoor fire, and a hot cocoa bar, all at our beautiful Environmental Education Center campus.
